The HCRA and the Mount Tom Amateur Repeater Association (MTARA) will be holding a joint operation for Winter Field Day on Saturday, January 24th, 2026. Come join us:

Don’t miss the food and fun. Setup will start at about 11:00, but if you don’t want to help set up, please show up after 12:00. The event will conclude around 18:00 local time.
The point of Winter Field Day is to practice emergency communication, but we’re also doing it to learn and have fun together. More information will be coming out soon on our Groups.io email list, so sign up for that if you haven’t already. You can also find links for the upcoming Zoom meetings where we’ll be organizing everything.
Even if you’re not a member of HCRA or MTARA yet, come on out and see what we’re about. There will be food, coffee, and lots of radio operation and discussion.
