HCRA now accepts both applications for new membership and renewals online! Of course, we still accept paper forms sent via US. mail!

Please note that the the normal membership fee is $15 per year.

If you would rather use paper, please download, print, fill our membership application and renewal form, and send it VIA US Postal service with your check to the address listed on the application. Online Applications
We accept payments using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no worries. You can also use your credit card without having to create an account with PayPal, as guest.

Once you’ve press the submit button, please proceed to click on the PayPal button on this screen. The application will be complete upon receipt of payment. If payment by credit card, please select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.
