HCRA now accepts both applications for new membership and renewals online! Of course, we still accept paper forms sent via US. mail!
Please note that the the normal membership fee is $15 per year.

Online Applications
We accept payments using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, no worries. You can also use your credit card without having to create an account with PayPal, as guest.
Once you’ve press the submit button, please proceed to click on the PayPal button on this screen. The application will be complete upon receipt of payment. If payment by credit card, please select “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”.
If you fill the following form online and want to print it for your records, please use the Print function available on your browser before submitting the form.

2) print it if you want a copy,
3) click submit if submitting online,
4) pay via PayPal if you will be paying that way.
