The Hampden County Radio Association provides “pooling” of outgoing QSL cards as a benefit to members, who are also members of the ARRL, and who wish to send their DX cards through the ARRL’s Outgoing QSL Service. The submission form and instructions are in the link below and QSL cards can be dropped off at our regular meetings or to Paul Kelliher, NF1G (address and contact information is on form).
