Officers Reports<\/p>\n
President \u2013 KK1W<\/strong><\/p>\n Jim submitted a plan for the transfer of officers responsibilities to the new incoming officers.<\/p>\n Retiring officers were asked to mentor the new officers for a couple of months to be sure that the new<\/p>\n officers were up and running in their new positions. All agreed to do so and to begin the process<\/p>\n immediately. Jim indicated that he had been already working with the new Secretary in getting him up<\/p>\n to speed. (Much appreciated!)<\/p>\n Treasurer \u2013 AA1YW<\/strong><\/p>\n Dave indicated that the balance was $13,040.53 +$4,oo. We owe $4000 to WRTC by May 31.<\/p>\n There is still an outstanding balance of $971 owed by members for purchased WRTC equipment. Profit<\/p>\n from the WRTC resale was $1053.<\/p>\n Liability Insurance was paid for the May1 \u2013 May 1, 2015 period<\/p>\n Secretary \u2013 WM1B (interim)<\/strong><\/p>\n No report – getting up to speed (slowly!)<\/p>\n Directors Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n Technical – K1YO:<\/strong> Nothing to report<\/p>\n Zero Beat \u2013 N1FJ:<\/strong> June issue in preparation and will be joint effort with Gary \u2013WA1MOW<\/p>\n Membership \u2013 N1KXR:<\/strong> No report<\/p>\n At-Large \u2013 KX1X<\/strong><\/p>\n John reported that currently Crew 510 which was formed in 2001 currently has only 2 members.<\/p>\n Program \u2013 W1MSW<\/strong><\/p>\n Speakers are lined up through the end of the year. Also a spreadsheet is available listing<\/p>\n speakers and dates of speakers in the past. This will be passed on to the new Program Chairman.<\/p>\n Old Business<\/strong><\/p>\n Field Day is moving forward. No interest expressed for cook, Decision not to have a food kitchen.
