\nKX3 Raffle Progress \u2013 Trailer is registered for 2013, registration and sticker given to Kx1x to put on trailer.
\nKX3 raffle sales: Sep 35, Oct 11, Nov 14, Handout 7 for a total 67 sold to date.<\/p>\n

Zero Beat, N1FJ<\/span>
\nCutoff date for December Zero Beat \u2013 November 23rd<\/sup>, publication on Nov 27th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Membership – N1KXR<\/span>
\nMembership Report \u2013 VE session is going well.
\nRich would be willing to do a cash only 50\/50 raffle at club meetings. \u2013 confirmed!
\nNEARfest has free tables for clubs including 3 free admissions. We should look into this for 2013<\/p>\n

\nHoliday Party Report \u2013 Sold 37 tickets, 35 are paid to date. Total sales are 54 including MTARA.

\n<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2013 Technician Class schedule\u00a0 \u2013 Has a date been decided\u00a0 with Bob from HMC and Marcel from SPHS to coordinate with their training needs. (Kx1x) \u2013 in progress<\/p>\n

NEW BUSINESS
\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Field Day planning: location, coordinator\/captain, do we reserve DuFresne Park, other ideas? (KK1W)
\nMuch discussion. There will be an additional FD planning meeting between now and the end of the year.
\nShould we look at other styles for meetings (web presentations, webinars).
\nAll agreed it is a good idea, the difficulty will be finding presenters for the medium.
\nBest practices to handle photos on our web site. \u2013 discussed not linking photos to other sites and the reasons why.
\nName badges \u2013 Rich volunteered to handle name badges. Contact info for the Engravers Touch was forwarded to him.
\nClub Clothing (HCRAwear) \u2013 Rich also volunteered to look into reviving the line.<\/p>\n
