\nVice President – KB1NWH not present due to illness
\nReport – KY1T Camper has been cleaned.Field Day worked out well in it. It also doubled
\nas a shelter during times of inclement weather.

\nCurrent Financial report – (To include Dufresne Park refund and all incomes\/expenditures to date)

\nField Day Net costs 2012 – $856 Park Rental and Food
\n$1392 Trailer purchase and Equipment (Triplexers)
\nThere was some discussion on covering Field Day food costs
\nSecretary Report – N1MFL
\nSecretary was not present, ill. June minutes submitted in his absence
\nThe topic was raised to publish the meeting minutes on the website and it was approved.
\nTechnical Report – W1MSW
\nField Day Raffle Result – $130 profit
\nW1MSW will be helping Doug Henderson set up his K3
\nZero Beat Update – N1FJ has content for September Zero Beat, cutoff date for September ZB is Aug 30th.
\nMatt offered to provide a Field Day report in the Sept issue
\nMembership report – K1KXR – Not Present
\nCurrent Member Count – 88

\nProgram report – KX1X
\nSeptember \u2013 Khrystyne Keane\/K1SFA \u2013 had to drop because of family commitments.
\nOctober \u2013 Tom Homewood\/W1TO \u2013 RTTY and RTTY contesting.
\nNovember Auction \u2013 none this year because of location change \u2013 still under consideration for 2013.

\nReport on new web site \u2013 Jeff spent time with us reviewing progress on the new website and some quick instructions on
\nhow to use it to post articles. We still have a lot to learn to take full advantage of this new tool. Everyone congratulated
\nJeff on a job well done and we\u2019re looking forward to additional future enhancements.
\nOld Business
\nProgress of joint holiday party? \u2013 (KK1W) \u2013 on schedule, Jim will coordinate with MTARA going forward.
\nChoose the next long term raffle prize, start date, coordinator? – KX3, 250 tickets, $10 each, start in September.
\nNew Business
\nHow should member count be reported \u2013 (KK1W) \u2013 all agreed it should stay the same. Should we letter the trailer(s)? \u2013
\nno conclusion at this time \u2013 tabled until next meeting. Hospital Donation, when and how much? – $250\/year to be given
\nin September.
